• This enhancement enables FPA UNLOAD/CHANGE to allow changing
  SDEP maximum variable length WHEN SDEP=PHYSICAL and
  RELOCATE_SDEP=NO are specified.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  IMSFPSP-I-7.
