Error description

• In the Conditional Reorganization, it will be possible to
  perform reorganization when the KEYLABEL in the RACF data set
  profile and the KEYLABEL in the DBDS are different.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enhances IMS Online           *

  *                      the RACF data set profile and the key   *
  *                      label in the DBDS are different.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR enhances IMS Online Reorganization Facility to
  perform reorganization when the key label in the RACF data set
  profile and the key label in the DBDS are different.
  
  The enhancement is being implemented as a result of the RFE
  IMSDBSOLPK-I-4.
  
  The PTFs of the following APARs are required to use the new
  functions:
   - PH59280 IBM IMS Database Reorganization Expert for z/OS V4.1
     (FMID=H25N410), support for the feature to check KEYLABEL in
     RACF in conditional reorg.
   - PH64216 IBM IMS Database Reorganization Expert for z/OS V4.1
     (FMID=H25N410), enables IMS Online Reorganization Facility to
     perform conditional reorganization checking for new KEYLABELs
     in RACF.
