Troubleshooting
Problem
Jupyter Notebook fails to start after upgrading to version 12.0.4 (whether as an over-the-top upgrade or a fresh installation) because the
install.sh script did not complete successfully.
Symptom
An error message with "Error: readlink /var/lib/containers/storage/overlay/l/xxxxx: no such file or directory'
After reboot the container fails with 'Error: readlink /var/lib/containers/storage/overlay/l/xxxxx: no such file or directory'
