Problem

IBM Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services after update/fresh install of version  2.0.99 or newer, cannot list database instances when using custom SSL

Symptom

Unable to see DB instances in the TM1 Web in login screen.
Instances are up and running.
DB can be accessed using different clients
Custom SSL are in use.
In older version with this same configuration all was working fine.
In tm1_messages.log  located in <INSTAL_DIR>\tm1web\wlp\usr\servers\tm1web\logs\ we can see entry like
11/29/24, 15:16:18:050 CET] 0000004a com.ibm.ws.ssl.core.WSX509TrustManager                       E CWPKI0824E: SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE:  Host name verification error while connecting to host [IP_ADDRESS].  The host name used to access the server does not match the server certificate's [Subject Alternative Name [dnsName:FQDN]].  The extended error message from the SSL handshake exception is: [No subject alternative names matching IP address IP_ADDRESS found].
