QRadar SOAR: SearchTimeout seen when using QRadar search applications

Troubleshooting


Problem

SearchTimeout errors can be seen in workflows or playbooks that use the QRadar SIEM Functions for SOAR and QRadar Enhanced Data Migration applications to populate cases with QRadar data.

Symptom

In the UI the time out can be seen in playbooks or the action status of the case.
