In Safer Payments version 6.4.2.09, 6.5.0.07, 6.6.0.05 and 6.7.0.01, masterdata value is not applied if it is based on an index from an upper mandator.

In Safer Payments version 6.4.2.09, 6.5.0.07, 6.6.0.05 and 6.7.0.01, for masterdata using index from an upper mandator, its value is not populated during the message computation. There is no such issue if the masterdata and its associated index are defined on the same mandator. There is no such issue in previous fixpacks.
