Unable to see IBM Cognos Analytics home screen after login

Troubleshooting


Problem

After upgrading to Cognos Analytics 12.0.4, Cognos starts, users are able to login, but they are unable to see IBM Cognos Analytics home screen.

Symptom

The following message could be found in the p2pd_messages.log file:
java.lang.Exception: invalid network stack type {}, valid values are IPv4, IPv6, and none
