Problem
Error messages:
Error: CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client. CM-REQ-4315 The property "base" refers to the non-existent object "/content/folder[@name='<folder name>']/folder[@name='<folder name>']/agentDefinition[@name='<event>']/report".

Issue:
Older events created in 11.1.7 or earlier containing large event expressions are failing with errors. When attempting to re-create the events and re-save, seeing errors when attempting to save. Error that comes up is as follows: CM-REQ-4192 The property "defaultDescription" (for an object of class "Report") is incorrect.
1 CM-REQ-4217 The value length 1377 is longer than the maximum allowable length of 1024 for the property "defaultDescription".
