Error 400 when retrieving a list of project areas during the verification process after a server rename

Troubleshooting


Problem

While performing a server rename on a Jazz Authorization Server (JAS) enabled environment, the rename status page in IBM Jazz Team Server (JTS) shows that all applications are successfully renamed. However, when you step through the verification process after the rename, some applications show either HTTP error 400 or a blank page. No project is loaded for the applications.

Symptom

In JTS log, the IServerRenameVerificationURLService returns error CRJCA0148E when the applications fail to return their project list:

The GET /<app>/process/project-areas request fails with different error codes for each IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) application.
