How to increase API rate limit on self-hosted Classic Edition backend

Summary

The API limit keeps the backend from crashing due to heavy API calls.
It can be raised but keep in mind that this will cause performance issues to the backend if it does not have enough resources.


Rate limits can be set in settings.hcl file via toggles:
