  Avoid deadlock during small reads on large file getting starved
  at the Gateway node.
  
  Work Around:
  Increase afmWorkerThreads to 4096 or higher on the Gateway
  nodes.

  Multiple small reads on a single large file with or without
  parallel IO enabled leads to resource starvation on the gateway
  node.
