Troubleshooting
Problem
ITNM discovery is not working, devices are not discovered even though the devices are pingable and SNMP access is working. This is observed when you upgrade to Fix Pack 18 or Fix Pack 19 from previous Fix Packs.
Symptom
The following warning message is seen in the ncp_disco.DOMAIN_NAME.log file (*DOMAIN_NAME is your actual domain name).
