  When building CMS Pipelines filter package with a large
  REXX program, an incorrect module may be generated.
  No error messages are issued when building the module, but
  when using the filter package, reference to an included
  filter may cause an error message
   DMSEXE175E Invalid EXEC command
  

Problem conclusion

• The default for PIPGFTXT is to compress the REXX programs that
  are included in the filter package. This may result in long
  source lines. The code in PIPGFTXT has been fixed to correctly
  compute the length of long lines as well.
  This ensures a working filter package is created.
