  DFHDSIT is doing PROCESS_DEAD_TCBS.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A socket program was terminating some   *
  *                      waiting T8 tasks when multiple DS0002   *
  *                      abends occurred. The trace showed       *
  *                      *EXC* POST_ESTAE_WAITER_ERROR           *
  ****************************************************************
  PROCESS_DEAD_TCBS in DFHDSIT sets an exception response followed
  by an abend if a DS_TCB is not cleared from the dead TCB chain.
  
  Unnecessary message DFHDS0002 code X'0222' in DFHDSIT is issued
  with a dump.
  
  Exception trace entries issued -

Problem conclusion

• DFHDSIT has been changed to issue an exception trace entry
