This document shows the process of how to change the contact information for the support portal (except for the IBMid, email, and password)
Steps
- Enter the support portal following this Link
- Log in to the support portal using the top right-corner silhouette. This will prompt you to use your email (IBMID) and password. After you log in you will see that the silhouette now has a grey dot on the right side.
- On the same top right-corner silhouette, now select "Profile & settings"
- Select the "Edit your Email address or Phone number". This will take you to a separate site where you can modify most of the information in the profile using the "Edit" option on the right side of each.
Clarification note: The link on the profile setting page indicates that the email is editable, but this is not allowed (you will see a padlock symbol next to the not modifiable information). The IBMid, email, and password are not modifiable.
- Do the changes in the desired sections, and select "Update" for the change to be saved
