QRadar: Unavailability of net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle on RHEL8 can lead to managed host communication issues

Troubleshooting


Problem

Communication issues between QRadar Managed Host and QRadar Console (e.g failing to add managed host, managed host being offline etc.)
Also, the iptables service failing with error " Failed to start IPv4 firewall with iptables".

Symptom

You may notice following error in journalctl logs:
sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_tw_recycle: No such file or directory
