API Connect gateway service fails to start after upgrade to Datapower v10.6.0.x

Troubleshooting


Problem

After upgrade to Datapower v10.6.0.x, the API Connect gateway service fails to start.  The following errors may be observed :
[0x88e00133][apic-gw-service][error] apic-gw-service(default): wtid(init)[app.js]: Error starting API Connect Gateway Service server: Error: unsupported

[0x88e00011][apic-gw-service][error] apic-gw-service(default): wtid(init)[app.js]: API Connect Gateway Service caught unhandled rejection: Error: Unable to start API Connect Gateway Service interface

[0x80e00955][apic-gw-service][error] apic-gw-service(default): tid(896): DataPower apic-gw-service task stopped unexpectedly.
