Problem conclusion

• While the permissions of the files used to establish sysv shared
  memory aren't used for permission checking of the shared memory
  segment, the filesystem permissions were updated to remove
  globalr ead access.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP
  Server fix packs 8.5.5.27 and 9.0.5.22. For more information,
