  IPR Unload outputs MSGFABH0639E and ABENDU4013 occurs when
  processing an aliased catalog DB.
  To resolve this issue, the USEALIAS parameter was added to the
  IMS Catalog API (DFS3CATQ) by IMS APAR PH39094/PH57631.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Unload has been modified to use the USEALIAS parameter.
