Error description
DataPower had retry logic of 3 instant retries, no delay, upon repeated MQ Reason Code 2500 we fail with "The (xyz) request failed (2500)". The new logic involves 5 retries with 1 second delay when encountering MQ Reason Code 2500.
Local fix
Problem summary
Increase the retry timeout for the MQ call to allow the condition to resolve.
Problem conclusion
The fix will be in 10.6.0.2 & 10.5.0.14
