IJ52965: SECLDAPCLNTD HANG WHEN USING NETCD APPLIES TO AIX 7200-05

Error description

• If LDAP + netgroups are in use, and netcd is being used
  to cache netgroup queries, secldapclntd could become
   hung.
  
  Viewing 'procstack' output of secldapclntd will show
  that its worker threads are stuck in the read() function:
