DPR-ERR-2072 error in Cognos Administration when testing OCI connection to Oracle database
Symptom
When testing OCI connection in Cognos Administration for Oracle data source, users get a DPR-ERR-2072 error even when using 32 bit Oracle client. ORACLE_HOME, TNS_ADMIN, LD_LIBRARY_PATH set correctly but the error still appears.
