Troubleshooting
Problem
While upgrading from V11.3 to V11.5 we see the below error in the p500 log:
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 160527: Table 'TURBINE.DM_HEADER' doesn't exist
sed: couldn't write 38 items to stdout: Broken pipe
Failed running mysql_gpu_meta_data.sql
