Troubleshooting
Problem
Dynamic Agent able to send resource information to Broker server, but job dispatcher fails to submit job to agent computer.
Symptom
There are many symptoms both in the Dynamic Agent logs and in the Master's logs.
***In the Master's messages.log there is a "NotAuthorized" message returned from DA:
[10/10/24, 5:51:05:413 EDT] 001d09dc com.ibm.scheduling.jobdispatcher W AWKJDE235W A connection problem occurred submitting job ID "9f0d1ba6-00f2-3cfe-b390-01d5c37bd5fb" with name "POOL#SCHEDNAME.JOBNAME.SCHEDID-0AAAAAAAAAAAVGUU.JNUM-365239785" to the endpoint URL "https://DAHost:31114/ita/JobManager/job". The error message is: "AWSRES009E The following unexpected reply was returned: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><jmgr:NotAuthorized xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:jmgr="http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/scheduling/1.0/JobManager"> <jmgr:FaultCode>AWSITA238E</jmgr:FaultCode> <jmgr:FaultMessage locale="C">AWSITA238E The user is not authorized to access the server.</jmgr:FaultMessage></jmgr:NotAuthorized>.".

***In the Dynamic Agent's JobManager_message.log there are regular successful sends of resource data and then AWKRAE125W messages:

The error code is "AWKRAE125W_DELTANOTIF_FROM_AGENT_DOWN" and the error message is "AWKRAE125W A notification was received from the agent with URI "https://DAHost:31114/ita/JobManager" and id "1A63C7BFBCFD11EBAAA2018920AB34F0". This notification is for updating the agent properties but while the server was expecting a full notification.".
