Error description
After applying PH54346, MQCC(00000002) MQRC(0000089A) are returned for MQCLOSE which was issued during CICS shutdown. This is unintentional change introduced by PH54346.

**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS Users with PTF UI92114 applied. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An invalid MQCC and MQRC are returned * * on MQCLOSE. * **************************************************************** A CICS region has a task in a MQGET WAIT and the connection is being quiesced. An MQCC_FAILED (2) with MQRC_CONNECTION_QUIESCING (x'089A',2202) are returned. The same MQCC and MQRC are then also returned on the following MQCLOSE, but the MQRC is not valid for an MQCLOSE.
Problem conclusion
UI92114 DFHMQXCR has been changed to ensure a valid MQRC is being returned on the MQCLOSE.
