APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying PH54346, MQCC(00000002) MQRC(0000089A) are
  returned for MQCLOSE which was issued during CICS shutdown.
  This is unintentional change introduced by PH54346.

  A CICS region has a task in a MQGET WAIT and the connection is
  being quiesced. An MQCC_FAILED (2) with
  MQRC_CONNECTION_QUIESCING (x'089A',2202) are returned.
  The same MQCC and MQRC are then also returned on the following
  MQCLOSE, but the MQRC is not valid for an MQCLOSE.
  

Problem conclusion

• UI92114
  DFHMQXCR has been changed to ensure a valid MQRC is being
  returned on the MQCLOSE.
