Troubleshooting
Problem
When opening a module that was previously enabled for Change Management using the "IBM Rational Change for DOORS Interface," the error "CRCRD7089E: No write access to this module. Cannot configure change management" is displayed.
Symptom
When opening a module, an information box with the following message is displayed:
'You must have the IBM Rational Change for DOORS Interface installed to edit this module.'
When selecting Change Management > Configure Module at the module level, the following error message is displayed: 'CRCRD7089E: No write access to this module. Cannot configure change management.'
