  AND 3 WHICH ISSUE THE RESET NOTIFICATION.

• THE IPL ROOT MODULE, IEAIPL00, WILL SAVE THE LAST CHANNEL USED
  MASK FROM THE FIRST SCHIB IT STORES. THIS MASK WILL BE USED BY
  IEAIPL00 TO INITIALIZE THE LOGICAL PATH MASKS FOR ALL ORBS.
