• The issue is only due to misleading messages. No actual stop of
  the tasks occurs.

Problem conclusion

• The cause of the issue was that while EM and WS tasks were
  waiting for CP (and it is the expected behavior),
  the code, because of a wrong check, handled this situation
  as abnormal. Fixed by this apar.
