Question & Answer
Question
A rule is defined in QRadar that includes a Rule Response to Generate a Custom Rule Engine(CRE) Event, with the following configurations.

A CRE event is created with a Log Source Name (redacted) and a description of the event, it is set to create an Offense which is indexed on a Custom Event Property that is not a QRadar Default Property, titled "Account Name (custom)".
When the Rule matches and the CRE event is generated, the payload of the CRE event matches the payload of the event that matched the rule, and not the Event Description defined in the screenshot (<Log Source> High Severity Alert).
This may be unexpected to some users, but is working as designed.
