  This is the APAR for z/VM 7.4 VMSES Fix Pack 1.  As such it
  contains fixes for the following problem:
  
  Problem 1
  
  Provide  VMSES/E updates to accommodate reporting of service
  identifier (LVL-ffxx).  This identifier format, introduced with
  the z/VM 7.4 linear service strategy, needs to be correctly
  reported by the SERVICE STATUS command with successive PTF
  updates for a given z/VM 740 component.
  

Problem conclusion

• The VMFSUFIN and VMFTBDEF EXEC parts are updated.  A 'RECSLVL'
  processing step and routine (added to VMFSUFIN) now cause VM
  SYSRECS data to be updated with :SERVLEV.  tag data that is
  specified in a PTF-updated component PRODPART file.  The updated
  SYSRECS information then allows for correct LVL-ffxx identifier
  values to be reported via VMSES/E SERVICE 'compname' STATUS
  commands.
  
  VMFTBDEF is updated accordingly to accommodate inclusion of the
  'RECSLVL' processing step in the VM SYSREST system-level restart
  table.
