PH60427: CRASH WHEN READING EMPTY JSON FILE USING A MAP COMPILED WITH ITX 10.1.1.X

Error description

• IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX) execution engine can
  crash, when a map is executed that reads empty JSON.  If the map
  has input cards that use JSON data as a schema, but the actual
  input data contains only '[]', then the execution engine can
  crash.  This could be Design Studio, Command Server, Launcher,
  App Connect Enterprise, Sterling Integrator, etc.

  Crash when running a valid JSON file with no data. For example,
  a file containing just {} or []

Problem conclusion

• Prevents crash when passing a VALID JSON document with no data.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0
