Error description

• Table spaces and indexes are recovered in different jobs when
  parallelism is enabled. So indexes are put into check pending
  state after Recover for related table spaces and Check Index
  utility running is required for them. After the fix, indexes
  would be recovered in the same step with related table spaces if
  table spaces are not recovered by partitions.
