  RSM control blocks were freed because an OEM did an incorrect
  IARV64 detach with usertoken on the usertoken associated with
  the IARST64 obtained control blocks.
  

Problem conclusion

• IARST64 processing was modified so obtained storage is no longer
  associated with a usertoken, making it less likely to be
  accidentally released.
