Question & Answer
Question
How can I implement the IBM Content Navigator (ICN) Microsoft Office add-in with the new Outlook client?
Cause
The ICN Microsoft Office add-in, including the latest version (nmo309.000.804), is not currently compatible with the new Outlook client. This limitation applies to all current versions of ICN and is due to architectural differences between the classic and new Outlook clients.
This limitation extends to all current versions of ICN, you can refer to the IBM Software compatibility report.

Answer
Currently, there is no direct method to implement the ICN Microsoft Office add-in with the new Outlook client. However, you can continue using the classic Outlook client, where the ICN add-in functions as expected.
