Support has been added for the following:

New Usability features:

1.  Data Masking

Data masking is the process of hiding sensitive data in such a way that the data remains usable for authorized users while being concealed from unauthorized access. This technique ensures that private or confidential information is replaced with fictitious yet realistic data, thereby protecting the original data from exposure during non-production activities such as software testing, user training, and data analysis.

Key aspects of data masking include:

  • Protection: Ensuring sensitive data is not exposed to unauthorized users.
  • Usability: Keeping the masked data useful for legitimate purposes.
  • Compliance: Adhering to regulatory requirements for data privacy and protection.
Enhancement to existing features:
1.  Menu Commands Key Remap
HACP EE supports menu commands in key remapping, allowing users to assign keys to specific menu command features. Users can assign, unassign, or reset keys within the key remap settings.
2.  Thai Host Code Page Support
HACP EE V4.2 supports the following new host code pages in addition to the existing ones.
  • 838 Thai
  • 1160 Thai Euro
Note: In HACP EE, if a non-supported code page is configured on the server, the United States (037) code page is set as the default.
3.  DBCS
HACP EE V4.2 enhances the performance of DBCS functionalities.
