Error description

• Intermittently, CMOD ARSSOCKD stops with a message similar to:
  
  CEE3250C The system or user abend S202  R=00000000 was issued.
  
  
          From entry point ArsZ31OS_ExitThread31 at compile unit
  offset +00001E30 at entry offset +00001E30 at address  26E7AD50.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: S202 in ARSZ31OS when running a 31-bit  *

  After running arsuprep, ARSZ31OS was referencing an ECB after
  the ECB had been freed.
  

Problem conclusion

• ARSZ31OS has been changed to not reference the ECB after it has
  been freed.
