Troubleshooting
Problem
Referring to instruction to upgrade database during IBM Business Automation Workflow upgrade procedure, the DBUpgrade command failed with java.sql.SQLException.
Symptom
You can see the error in logs when you execute DBUpgrade.sh.

00000001 FINE: com.lombardisoftware.tools.dbupgrade.utils.RetrieveTransactions.handleError - ORA-17056: ): KO16MSWIN949

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-17056: orai18n.jar ): KO16MSWIN949
ORA-17056 is non supported character set .
The translation of this error is that the jar file referenced orai18n.jar referenced needs to be added to the classpath.
