Troubleshooting
Problem
A customer had an issue requiring them to uninstall and reinstall an Application. In this case it was the Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint app. When attempting to reinstall, the app failed to install successfully.
Symptom
In the qradar.log you will see a message similar to the following:

Value: e7e4dd5f-2ebd-4a05-94d5-1d20f15fdd99; Error: for the importing extension, the UUID is present in dB but the extension package does not have it
