Problem summary

• When TCP Keep-Alive options were used, the compilation failed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Implemented per Socket configuration of TCP keepalive.
  TCP_KEEPIDLE, TCP_KEEPCOUNT and TCP_KEEPINTERVAL options are
  appliable only to Linux/zLinux and AIX platforms.
