The checkpoint_achieved field was not introduced until firmware 8.7.0.0 so the toolkit needs to use the older less accurate running recovery point fields.
When using Policy-based replication (PBR / PCYGM) on Flash System firmware older than 8.7.0.0 the toolkit must be forced to use the running recovery point instead.
The ideal solution is to update the Flash Systems to 8.7.0.0+ firmware. If that is not possible, then follow the steps below:
To do so:
- Ensure the controllers are at build level February 13th, 2024 (this will not work with older builds)
DSPDTAARA QZRDHASM/BUILD - Create system-level environment variable QZ_DISABLE_PCYGM_CHECKPOINT:
ADDENVVAR ENVVAR(QZ_DISABLE_PCYGM_CHECKPOINT) LEVEL(*SYS) - Try the operation again.
