  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH60203 z/OS Connect reports "Unknown structure in mapping" when
          invoking an API using a Db2 REST service.
  PH60747 The z/OS Connect API requester Gradle build reports a
          missing dependency for kotlin-reflect.
  PH62820 After installing the z/OS Connect V3.0.83.0 PTFs OpenAPI
          3 API requesters do not work.
  PH62825 Message BAQR1623E when using an API provider Gradle
          plug-in generated API.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 function:
  - IBM z/OS Connect now provides policy capability. Policy is a
    mechanism to add header values to the APIs without having to
    edit the OpenAPI 3.0 document at run time, or, when the API
    is being created.

Problem conclusion

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect
  level to V3.0.84.0 as reported in the log:
  BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 3.0.84.0

  function delivered by earlier z/OS Connect PTFs.
