Error description

• S0C4-38 abend in CQMMMETX at offset x'3F7C' at the
  PK70002 level may occur when R9 contains X'FFFFFFFF'.
  
  This can cause the CQM1055E message to be issued.

Local fix

• Add parameters MAXIMUM_ALLOCATIONS(8192) and SMEM_SIZE(12) to
  the CQMPARMS file and recycle the CQM collector.
