Error description

• Delay times and elapsed times may be incorrectly calculated in
  DB2 Query Monitor activity summaries and current activity.
  This results in inflated elapsed and/or delay times.
  The DB2 Query Monitor v2.3 Collector started task shares
  code with the DB2 Audit Management Expert v2.1 Collector
  started task.
  Customers running the collector with both DB2 Query Monitor and
  DB2 Audit Management Expert will see this problem in both
  collectors.

  This APAR also correct an ABEND0C4-38 for z/OS DB2 because
  of a wild branch from DSNXERT+6C9C (PTF level UK47843) when the
  QM collector is shutdown while monitoring a DB2 workload.  Seen
  at the same time are messages:

  In this case, the SVC DUMP title was:
   DB2P,ABND=0C4-00000038,U=PPROD50 ,M=(N),C=810.RDS -SQL
    ,M=DSNTFRCV,PSW=077C100180001EA9,A=00F3
  but keep in mind the results may be unpredictable.
