Error description

• Calls to TransientPayload.getBytes might fail with a
  NullPointerException. The Java call stack shows that the
  NullPointerException occurs in the RealPayLoad class.

  NullPointerException. The Java call stack shows the
  NullPointerException occurred in the RealPayLoad class:
    java.lang.NullPointerException at
      com.ibm.ctg.monitoring.RealPayLoad.
     getBytes(RealPayLoad.java:xx)
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS TG request monitoring is corrected. The call to
  TransientPayload.getBytes() does not throw the reported
  NullPointerException.
