    ****************************************************************
Attempts to start more concurrent transactions than are allowed
by the relevant CICS TCLASS definition, result in transactions
not being started and abend code AKCC being returned to CICS TG.
The Gateway daemon incorrectly returns abend code AXTG to the
    client application.

Problem conclusion

  • CICS TG has been corrected. CICS TG client applications that
start a transaction that return an AKCC abend receive return
    code ECI_ERR_SYSTEM_ERROR.
CICS TG client applications that start a transaction that fails
with a return code that is not ECI_ERR_TRANSACTION_ABEND
continue to receive the correct return code, and the abend code
will not be set to AXTG.
