APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An entry placed on the current linkage stack by CQM that the DB2
  FRR is unaware of, can prevent DB2 recovery from an ABEND0C4
  occurring in DB2 module DSNXORHV at offset X'19BC'
  (PTF LVL UK39713). Since the linkage stack level is off by one,
  this can result in a subsequent S0C4 Abend in DB2 module
  DSNGESLC.
  This problem only occurs if there is an ABEND in DB2 during the
  DSNXEDSC - dynamic statement cache - is called and completes.
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  APAR PM44581 / PTF UK73465 is the R310 equivalent of this
  R230 APAR
  

Local fix

• Add parameter DISABLE_TED_HOOK(Y) to CQMPARMS (recycle the
  Collector to pick up the new parameter).
