Dear Valued Client,
As you may be aware, Phytel was recently acquired by IBM. It's an exciting time for all of us!
As part of this transition, the email address for Phytel Client Care is changing. Moving forward and effective immediately, please discontinue use of ClientCare@phytel.com and use PhytelClientCare@us.ibm.com to contact the Phytel Client Care department. If you prefer contacting us via our voicemail, you may continue to call and leave a voicemail at 1-800-559-3057 ext. 5.
Your Phytel service will remain the same and you'll continue to access your Phytel information in exactly the same way you have been, whether that be via a link on your desktop or via the internet. The only thing changing is our email address. The Phytel Client Care team is still here to support your technical and operational troubleshooting needs along with system updates and change requests such as turning on new providers, making changes to current configurations, patient communication research, etc.
