  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement APAR provides an       *
  *                      option to ignore column order when      *
  *                      comparing tables.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  The Object Compare and Change Management 'Options for Change
  Functions' panel ADB2PCO is updated with the new option
  'Ignore source column order'. This option specifies whether
  table column order will be ignored to avoid dropping and
  recreating a table where possible. The default value is 'NO'.
  Additionally, the CM Batch parameter ignore_column_order is
  added for the same purpose.
