• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem here is that during conversion a wrong target is
  specified, with protocol as jttp instead of http. Leading to
  parsePcacheTarget to find this as invalid, but later trying to
  persist a NULL to disk where the assert goes off.
  

Local fix

• Specify one of the correct supported protocols.
