Abstract
This document provides a compatibility table for policy-based replication (PBR) and policy-based high availability (PBHA) between IBM Storage Virtualize software levels.

Notes:
- Asynchronous policy-based replication for disaster recovery is supported in 8.5.2 and later.
- Policy-based high availability is supported in 8.6.1 and later.
- Using high availability and disaster recovery together (3-site replication) is supported in 8.7.1 and later.

- Refer to the Replication topic in the online product documentation to review the supported configurations for each software version.
- A system running 9.1.2.0 or later cannot configure high availability on a storage partition that already contains existing resources if the desired partner system is running an earlier code version. Either configure high availability on the storage partition before creating resources, or upgrade the partner system.
